If your product fails to function properly due to inherent product defects during normal use within the warranty period, you can enjoy free repair or replacement upon presentation of your purchase receipt.

For product damage not caused by inherent product defects, our products offer premium repair services, with repair fees based on our established standards.

After-sales service adheres to the following principles:

1. Repair before replacement. Product can only be exchanged if it remains unusable after repair or replacement of parts.

2. If the product develops rust, corrosion, surface marks, or plastic damage during use, it is not covered by free service.

3. Natural wear and tear from normal use is not covered by free service.

4. Product damage or malfunction caused by abnormal use, such as damage by human error, improper use, misuse of tools, or accidents, is not covered by free service.

5. Product disassembly, modification, or missing accessories by the user are not covered by free service.
